Yes, the hype and the coverage is beyond unbearable. But I learned from watching this video that it’s because everybody wants to feel as good as the Knicks fans do right now. Those fans feel that way because of a game.
The numbers are there and they reflect a flourishing Mike D’Antoni offense. This time it’s not two-time MVP Steve Nash, but “two-time cut” Jeremy Lin. It’s an unlikely and inspiring display of success. But more importantly, I respect Jeremy for igniting this momentum of positive thinking through basketball as his vessel.
